The Red Ribbon Army

-find Oolong at forgotten train station(fast travel)
he will get you into the RR army sector
and begin following you...
-you cant leave to the wasteland until you finish the RR
quest..
-this is a medium lvl quest..
so..
lvl 15 and up should give you some real challenge..
less then lvl 10 its a nightmare.
in this mod the player is taken to a unknown place..
a frozen glaciar.. ruled by the Red Ribbon Army..
help Oolong free the villagers from the RR Army base..
And stop whatever Commander Red
is up to..
if you survive...
